All support requests are top priority for us. A response in 24 hours is guaranteed, most of the time we will get back to you in 2-4 hours or less.
 
We will fix any reproducible bug in 24 hours. After that we will send you a custom built executable, and have the fix in the next update.
 
Our support board is at www.flashdecompiler.com. Note that you'll need to register to view all forums. [July 2010 Update: We will be closing the board. We have been delaying this for the last 6 months because we haven't found a replacement solution yet. By the start of August 2010, the board will be gone].

If you have ordered Captionate and did not hear from us in 24 hours, please use the ticket system (which has both web and email based interface) because most probably the reason is that we were not able to send email to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery but don't hesitate to email us after 4 hours, which is our usual delivery time for 99% of the orders.
